Easy Cloud Bread


3 eggs separated 1/tsp vinegar 3Tbsp mayo


Two "slices" of ketogenicwoman's cloud bread equals 1 egg and 1 serving of fat

Beat egg whites, vinegar and a pinch of salt on high speed until stiff

Set aside and beat egg yolks and mayo gently until smooth

With a rubber spatula gently combined the eggs whites and yolk

Divide into 6 mounds on a lined sheet.  Sprinkle with seasoning

Bake at 300 F for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.  Do not over bake.
