Spinach Ball Recipe

Pre-heat oven to 350 F and thaw spinach and remove excess liquid
Add all remaining ingredients above and mix well together
Form the mixture into small bite-size balls and place on a cookie sheet
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F
These can be made ahead and frozen...add 15 minutes more to cooking if freezing
Herb stuffing mix is commercial but you can create and use your own stuffing mixture.
This recipe makes about 80 balls or 40 larger balls to use as a vegetable in a serving dish
Prep time is about 15 to 20 minutes.
