Gratitude is all about recognizing the good things in your life and
the role that others play in those positive events. It can have a
powerful role in your health and well-being. The good news is that
practicing gratitude isn't difficult; just set aside a few minutes each
day to focus on the good things that happened and what you're thankful
for.
My mother was relentless in instilling a strong work ethic in my family. Growing up, we didn’t have much. But we believed in self-reliance and getting things done, no matter what, to get the things we did have. Her value systems forever shaped my attitude and behaviors, teaching me to channel a wholehearted commitment to my actions.
396 HZ Solfeggio Frequency cleans the feelings of guilt which can represent one of the basic obstacles to realization. The vibrational frequency helps you to release the unconscious programming of guilt and fear aiding in awakening while turning grief into joy.
