Hi there, my name is Macara.
At the age of 52, I've learned many things that have gotten me to where I am standing today. In this course, I will be sharing with you many things that can be a vehicle of transformation . Bringing a simple gratitude practice into you life can be a game changer if you are open to doing some simple but intentional steps.

Course Description: Welcome to 30 days of Bliss!
30 Days of Bliss is a simple, effective and relatable course with methods that has been scientifically proven to increase gratitude, happiness and positivity in your daily life.
For the next 30 days, you will be provided with short weekly videos discussing a theme along with easy daily action tasks.
I will provide you with the ideas, the reasons and the science that supports why each of the actions improves your mental health.
All that is asked of you is to have open mind to try something new.
In a world full of increasing concerns about increasing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression and general unease, lets refocus on the positive that life gives us.
It is my hope you will make the commitment to yourself and begin to notice the ripple effects that these simple ,effective methods produce.
At the completion of this course, I am confidant of the tools and methods I've offered to allow you to feel:

Scientific research has proven, these methods positively effects Endorphin, Dopamine and Serotonin levels to name a few as well as , clinically proven to reduce or decrease anxiety, depression, reduce stress and increase happiness.
In my own personal experience I have developed this course from my own toolbox . I know what a game changer gratitude was in my own life. I am excited to share this course to help others find bits of gratitude each and every day.
