Late Night Strawberry Sorbet - compliments of Nutriliving

Ingredients

1 Frozen chopped Banana 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries or exchange strawberries for 1/2 cup Blueberries, Mango, Coconut, Raspberries, Blackberries or other fruit of choice

Directions

  1. Take the frozen fruit out of the freezer to thaw for 5 to 7 minutes so it is easier to blend.
  2. Add frozen fruit to the blender and blend.  Add a coconut, almond or cashew milk to help blend it without turning it into a smoothie.
  3. You want the consistency of ice cream.  Enjoy!
