Muscle Building Blueberry Spinach Smoothie


1 cup chopped organic spinach 1 cup organic wild blueberries 3/4 cup 1% milk or nut milk 1/4 cup whey protein or plant protein 1 tsp maple syrup 1 tbsp sunflower butter or nut butter of your choice


384 calories, 43 grams carbs, 12 grams fat, 26grams protein

You can cut out the maple syrup or use stevia, monk fruit or some other natural sweeteners.  Use a nut butter or nut milk of your choice.  Blend it all up in the blender.  Add an ice cube or 2 if you like it chilled as I do.  Enjoy.   Don't forget to consult your own health care practitioner before starting any new nutritional or exercise program and check for allergies.
