Nitric Oxide Producing Recipes

Ingredients

Yummy Breakfast Beet Smoothie:
1 peeled beat 1 peeled carrot 1 peeled orange 1/2 cup of grapes 1/2 inch of fresh ginger 1/2 cup of green tea
Fish Taco Lunch:
4 oz of seared white fish ( make sure low or no mercury) /4 cup of shredded red cabbage tossed with 1 tbs sour cream or nut cream 1/Tbsp lime juice 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Steak or Chicken or Wild Salmon Dinner:
4 oz of steak or chicken or wild salmon 3/4 cup of brown rice tossed with roasted carrots, broccoli and garlic Olive oil Almond silvers or roasted chopped walnuts
Chocolate Pudding Dessert:
1/2 avocado 1/2 cup coconut milk 1Tbs of unsweetened 70%+ cocoa powder 1 Tbs of chia seeds

Directions

Yummy breakfast beet Smoothie:

Please use organic or non pesticide sprayed ingredients.

Puree all ingredients in a blender.


Fish Taco Lunch:

Fill two gluten free or non flour tortillas with the ingredients.


Steak or Chicken or Wild Salmon Dinner:

Grill a the steak or chicken or wild salmon and place on top of the rice, carrots, broccoli and garlic.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Garnish with almond slivers or roasted chopped walnuts.


Chocolate Pudding Desert:

Puree all ingredients in a blender.

Refrigerate until set about 2 hours.
