And at the end of the day have a cup of soothing lemon balm tea. The citronella and geranial compounds will help you go to sleep easier.
And my go-to for morning wakeup throughout the day and before sleep the 7 cycle breath of life. Upon opening your eyes...say what you are grateful for and then begin inhaling for the count of 7...hold for 2 to 3 counts and exhale for 7 counts...Repeat 7 times. This activates your vegas nerve and brings you into a sense of calm, serenity and security.
Always remember to check with your health care practitioner before starting any new type of nutritional or exercise program.
I am always grateful to you and I love!
