White Tara: The Ascended Master of Longevity, Health, Healing, Wisdom and Compassion

I have worked with Green Tara for a few decades.  According to Surya Gupta, there are 21 Tara's.  Tara is like a mother who never judges and gives unconditional love.  Tara, like some mothers, doesn’t judge us. And, like our mothers, she can wear many faces (sometimes the stern disciplinarian, other times, the embracing mother). In this way, the 21 Taras visualization, based on the Mahasiddha Surya Gupta, is very special. Each of the 21 Taras has a unique name and praise, mantra, and sadhana, with deeply profound symbolism, attributes, and practices.

Most people pray and do the White Tara mantra for longevity, health, and healing because she offers to heal our wounds swiftly whether it be mind or body.  White Tara also offers compassion for our suffering.  White Tara can be seen and visualized seated in the meditative lotus position and has 7 eyes symbolizing her compassionate vigilance of all the suffering in the world.  The Green Tara is seen and visualized as sitting with one leg on the ground ready to come to your protection.

Here is what the Ascension for the Ascended Masters has to say about WhiteTara:

White Tara is a rainbow goddess and an 8th ray Master. The 8th ray contains all the previous 7 rays. White Tara is the new Chohan of the 8th ray. A Chohan is an Ascended Master who is appointed to focus the Christ Consciousness of their ray.

She is here to help us with expansion of the heart chakra towards compassion.

White Tara is one of the Buddhist goddesses of compassion. She once walked this earth in a body just like us, but over time, humanity has elevated her to goddess status. White Tara’s symbol is a rainbow. White contains all the colours, so she too is Master on all the rays.

White Tara works here at the portal with the protecting Masters. Once they have battled, cleansed, and cleared, White Tara steps in with grace to bless, heal and create in Light.

She doesn’t walk with many people as Ascension Teacher. When she does, know you are on a chosen path with the Master. She is with you to help you attain far sight and clear vision, to see in truth, and be in compassion.

Ascended Master White Tara has an aura that fans rainbow colours from left to right.

White Tara, Ascended Master PortraitShe always appears in full headdress, with gold ornaments hanging from it. Her appearance is delicate and soft and yet her energy is of contained power.

So White Tara now becomes the embodiment of my AgelessThrival program as she will help you with living your best and longest life possible through love, kindness, and compassion.

Here is the Mantra for the White Tara.  Do this mantra 108 times daily or as often as you want:

OM TARE TUTTARE TURE MAMA AYUH PUNYA JNANA PUSTIME KURU SVAHA

  • mama = mine, means that I would like to possess the following qualities.
  • ayur = long life
  • punya  = merit that comes form living life ethically. [Tibetan: pune]
  • jnana = wisdom [Tibetan: gyana]
  • pushtim = increase [Tibetan: puntin]
  • kuru = do so! do it now!
  • svaha = hail, or may blessings be upon [Tibetan: soha]
