Lower Your Cholesterol and other health benefits of Rebounding!

It is important to follow your health care practitioner advice before undertaking any new nutritional or exercise programs.  Cholesterol can be a big problem for a lot of people.  So aside from adjusting your diet to reduce unhealthy cholesterol levels increasing your cardiovascular exercise helps a well.

Rebounding is a fun way to take cardiovascular exercise to a different level.  Rebounding is a low impact way to help you lower your cholesterol.  You can also incorporate upper body and core muscles by using resistance banks.  Rounding helps move your lymph which requires movement to remove toxicity from your body and so it moves cholesterol out into your liver to be filtered.  Look for a good mini-trampoline.  I got mine from Amazon and it came with exercise routines to use while jumping up and down.  Or find out where you can take mini trampoline classes in your area to get you started.

Rebounding also as been noted to speed the slimming process.  Rounding burns 65% more calories and 75% more fat than running.  You use every muscle group when you bounce.

Rebounding helps to ease pain.  It boosts the circulation of lymph which eliminates pain triggering toxins and inflammatory compounds.

Rebounding can also help ward off type 2 diabetes.  Those that rebounded for 10 to 30 minutes three times a week improved their fasting blood sugar levels and other markers that help to prevent the disease.

So start bounding to a healthier you!

I am always grateful for you in our lives.  I love you!
