Reduce Your Stress Tips

Surprisingly, watching birds fly can decrease your stress.  Either in the city or the country, it reduces anxiety and you are 70% likely to experience stress...So take a few moments throughout the day to enjoy the freedom of watching birds fly.

Walking in nature is always a great way to reduce stress.  Grounding in the earth will also reduce stress and aid in healing.

Daily yoga practices of 25 minutes a day promotes mindfulness allowing you to plan and complete tasks by an increase of 65%.

And at the end of the day have a cup of soothing lemon balm tea.  The citronella and geranial compounds will help you go to sleep easier.

And my go-to for morning wakeup throughout the day and before sleep the 7 cycle breath of life.  Upon opening your eyes...say what you are grateful for and then begin inhaling for the count of 7...hold for 2 to 3 counts and exhale for 7 counts...Repeat 7 times.  This activates your vegas nerve and brings you into a sense of calm, serenity and security.
