There is always a solution rather than taking your own life!

It has been a very rough few days for my daughter's friend, his/her family, her friends, and my daughter and son-in-law.  This morning she told me her friend's husband had disappeared Friday early am and left a suicide note.  He has little children my grandchildren's age. My daughter's husband was out searching for him as Search and Rescue and the Police had asked for help.  My son-in-law was up and probably still is as I write this, in one of the search helicopters desperately searching for his truck or any signs of where he is.

The level of desperate pain one is in to think that your family and babies would be better off without you is so confounding that you cannot think past releasing yourself from that pain.  It is so important that if you have any thoughts that it would be better for you to leave this earth please seek professional help or call a helpline at  1.833.4564.566 or bc211.

There is zero shame in asking for help as there is a solution for every problem no matter what it is without taking your own life.  I have talked about death doors and death themes.  As souls, we choose how, when, and why we come in to learn. our soul lessons.  We also choose the death door and death theme to exit as that is part of our soul lessons as well.  But when you choose to take your own life you have to turn around and come back very quickly as it will be about looping back until you resolve that particular lesson you came to learn. We are finally beginning to talk about mental health issues as for thousands of years there was so much fear and shame around our brain issues because as with so much of everything in life our mental health was separated from our physical body health and emotional/spiritual health.  Now the recognition of how trauma negatively affects our mental health which in turn affects our physical and spiritual health as in order to be healthy all have to be optimized and cohered to work together optimally.

The pandemic isolations were brutally difficult for people resulting in a lot of suicide.  There are big changes coming in our world on many levels so it is imperative that if you feel desperate that you get the help you need before you cross the line of no return.  There is always a solution to every issue.  Sometimes we need outside help to help us find it, implement it and maintain it.  I am praying for this young family that by some miracle this wonderful man comes home safe and alive.  That he changed his mind and needed some time to himself.  Pray with me for his safe return home to his family.

Tons of love and blessings to you all.
