Muscle Building Breakfast Smoothie

I am in the middle of healing of autonomic nervous system of the long term toxic trauma which created the chronic inflammation and oxidative stress that overwhelmed my system in combination with the compressions of C3 and L2 over the years.  I cannot over emphasis the requirement to assure that you identify childhood trauma and stressors from conceptional through to graduating high school and finding the process that works for you to release it from your cellular and energic systems.  It is the key to keeping your telomeres a healthy length.  It is all reversible as is the case with me, but best to get it before your system goes...ok you are not moving forward until we clean up this gloppy mess once and for all.

Right now the atrophy in my muscles is interesting so as part of my treatment hydrations and muscle building is key.  Tomorrow in physio I will finally get back on the elliptical machine to also work on my cardio.  Sigh...all part of the AgelessThrival strategy of getting back on track into complete health when you come out of it.

So over the next few weeks, I will be blogging and podcasting on narcissistic abuse brain injury...Yes, it is finally being recognized like that.  And as the majority of the planet has been raise in either covert or over narcissistic families...think the patriarchal system of power over, domination and control...we all have suffered NA from mild to severe...Mine has been over 60 years in varying ways.  Remember before you start any new type of nutritional or exercise program to consult with your health practitioner.

A muscle building smoothie consists of 40 percent carbs, 30 percent fat and 30 percent protein. A weight loss smoothie, on the other hand, consists of 45 percent carbs, 25 percent fat and 30 percent protein.

See the recipe for the ingredients and directions to make the Muscle Building Blueberry-Spinach Smoothie!

Always grateful to you.  I love you!
