Anti-Aging Strategies for Pennies

Do you have crepey skin well you can improve your skin's elasticity with protein in egg whites?  Albumin improves elasticity and promotes cell regeneration, growth, and repair which helps diminish the appearance of crepey skin.  Mix 1 egg white, half an avocado, and 2 tsp. of plain yogurt.  Apply onto crepey areas and let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse.  Do this 2 to 3 times per week to see results in about three weeks.

You can thicken your hair with egg and oil.  The Biotin in egg yolks strengthens strands at the root to thwart shedding while encouraging healthy new growth.  When you add olive oil those amino acids reduce breakage that makes hair look thing.  So combine 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp of olive and mix together.  Apply to damp hair from roots to ends, then cover with a shower cap. Let it sit for 15 minutes.  Use twice a week for thicker tresses in less than a month.

Eggshells are excellent for exfoliating your skin to remove dead, dry skin cells.  The calcium in the eggshells helps to repair damaged skin.  So take 2 eggshells in a blender until pulverized, then mix with 1 tbsp of coconut oil.  Then massage onto damp skin and rinse.  Repeat once a week for smoother skin.

Strengthen nails with egg and jojoba.  The hydrating fatty acids in egg yolks deeply moisturize the nail bed to reduce brittleness while their proteins encourage healthy nail growth.  So combine 1 egg yolk with 1tbsp of jojoba oil.  Massage onto cuticles and let sit for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.  Use three times a week for results in two weeks.
